An example of a product fitting into one parcel is 12 bottles, each with a capacity of 1.0 liter.

Pallet Delivery

A pallet can have maximum dimensions of 120 x 80 x 180 cm (Length x Width x Height).

The maximum weight per pallet is 750 KG.

How Do I Order Transport with PickupPartner?

Ordering transport with PickupPartner is quick and easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Select Your Pickup Location
    • Choose the shop where your goods are ready for pickup.
  2. Provide Order Details
    • Enter the weight of your order (in KG).
    • Input your order number from your webshop.
    • Provide your email address for confirmation and updates.
  3. Enter Delivery Information
    • Fill in your delivery address.
    • Select your preferred delivery method as provided at checkout.
  4. Complete Your Order
    • Confirm your details and finalize your request.
    • You’ll receive a commercial invoice via email once your order is successfully placed.

That’s it! Your transport is now scheduled, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How Can I Track My Shipment?

Once your order has been created, you will receive a pre-notification through your chosen delivery method and carrier. Here’s how you can track your shipment:

  1. Carrier Updates
    • You’ll receive an email or SMS directly from the carrier with tracking details.
    • The carrier will update you at every stage of the delivery process.
  2. Track via PickupPartner
    • Use our “Track Your Order” button on our website to check the latest status.

Important: There may be a delay between the pre-notification and the next tracking update, depending on how quickly your order is ready for pickup. Rest assured, as soon as your shipment is on the move, you’ll receive updates!

What Can I Do If My Order Was Delivered Damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Please follow these steps to report the issue:

  1. Create a Support Case
    • Visit our Support Center and submit a case with our customer service team.
  2. Provide Necessary Details
    • Upload a copy of your commercial invoice.
    • Describe the damage and, if possible, include photos for faster processing.
  3. Investigation & Resolution
    • Our team will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a suitable solution.

Important: You must report the damage within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure we can assist you effectively.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order by following these steps:

  1. Contact Our Support Center
    • Go to our Support Center and select the category “Cancellation” to submit your request.
  2. Timing Matters
    • Make sure to request cancellation within 24 hours to ensure your order has not been picked up yet.
  3. Confirmation Check
    • Before processing the cancellation, our team will verify that your parcel has not already been shipped.

Important: If your order has already been picked up, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may need to explore return options with the carrier.
